Virus and spyware removal
This is the #1 service requested! If you can’t go online or your computer is nearly frozen, your computer has probably been hijacked my “malware.” That’s geek-talk for evil programs that pose as legitimate anti-virus programs in an attempt to snoop on your Internet browsing habits or trick you into forking over your credit card. We will patch the security holes in Windows, disinfect the viruses and install an effective, Paul-approved anti-virus program to prevent this from happening again.
Wired and wireless networking
Having trouble connecting to your wireless? Does your office need a file-sharing system? Do you have multiple computers that need to share a printer? We will hook up your network – large or small – with the latest and best high-security equipment.
Computer set-up
These days, new computers come with a bounty of programs that sound nifty but in reality just slow down your computer. We will “decrapify” your bloated hard drive. We’ll also ensure a seamless transition between your old machine and your new one, teaching you the cool new tricks your new computer can perform.
Hardware and software upgrades
We will upgrade your outdated version of Windows or Mac, speed up your system with a memory upgrade, update your email program or install the latest versions of Microsoft Office, QuickBooks or Adobe Creative Suite at a great price.
